We live on an island overlooking San Francisco. We can walk along the Bay Trail looking on the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge. Some days, there is no one out there. Not this morning, though. Runners, bikers, walkers, tricycles, dogs, squirrels, strollers, and probably a skunk or two inhabited the trail. The trail was busier than rush hour traffic.
Yesterday, I walked 14,434 steps. As of this moment, 10:54 a.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2009, I have walked 200,504 steps in 17 days.
