Today, I went to the Marin County Courthouse to attend a settlement conference. I like going to this courthouse, the Frank Lloyd Wright designed building. It reminds me of field trips when I was a kid where we would walk through the courthouse, supposedly impressed but mostly bored, and then going outside to eat lunch and feed the ducks. Today was especially nice because my client was a terrific, friendly, easy going guy. And we settled the case.

Today's stats: Yesterday, I walked 13,706 steps. As of this moment, 6:53 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, I have walked 909,100 steps in 82 days. Note: The picture is from the Monterey Bay Acquarium. No reason to include it today except I think the jelly fish in the jelly fish tank are great.
